4. Custom Printing, Artwork & Proofs

Because Red Screens specializes in custom, short‑run printing, the following conditions apply:

• Artwork Requirements:
  All artwork must be provided in print‑ready format (PDF, PNG, AI, or EPS). Files should be high‑resolution and properly sized.
  Red Screens is not responsible for errors in customer‑supplied artwork, including low resolution, incorrect sizing, or missing fonts.

• Proof Approval:
  Digital proofs are provided for all custom orders. Production begins only after written approval.
  Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all text, layout, and design accuracy.

• Color Variations:
  Due to differences in materials, inks, slight color variations may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not grounds for reprints or refunds.

5. Orders, Turnaround Times & Cancellations

• Turnaround Times:
  Production timelines vary based on order size, material availability, and current workload. Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of ordering but are not guaranteed.

• Order Changes:
  Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

• Cancellations:
  Orders canceled before proof approval may be eligible for a partial refund.
  Orders canceled after proof approval or once production has started are non‑refundable.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All pricing is subject to change without notice.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required before production begins unless alternate arrangements have been approved in writing.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your quote.

• Red Screens is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Local pickup is available in the Rogers/Bentonville area when arranged in advance.

8. Returns & Reprints

Because all products are custom‑printed, returns are not accepted.
Reprints may be offered only in cases of:

• Incorrect items delivered

• Production errors that differ from the approved proof

• Customer‑supplied artwork issues or color variations do not qualify for reprints.

9. Limitation of Liability

Red Screens Print & Packaging is not liable for:

• Losses related to business, profits, or data

• Delays in production or shipping

• Errors in customer‑supplied artwork or instructions

Your use of the website and our services is at your own risk.
